Skin Talk was founded in 2026 in Richmond, TX by Dr. Sophia Ali. The idea was simple: we all need to be more proactive about our health and less reactive. But how are we supposed to know what to do? We need someone we trust to talk to.
Skin Talk is a results-driven medical aesthetics clinic grounded in evidence-based medicine. It was created to change the way aesthetic treatments are approached for all people, including people of color and those who are hesitant about medical aesthetic treatments.
We focus on education, safety, and long-term skin health using advanced, science-backed medical treatments and technology tailored to each person’s skin tone, type, and goals. With an emphasis on prevention and natural results, our approach supports healthy skin at every stage of life.
