Includes a DEXA body composition scan and a one hour visit with Dr. Ali to review your history, goals, and treatment options.
Labs are not included. If you have had labs in the last 3 months, we can use those. Otherwise we can order them and you can bill your insurance or use our transparent cash pay pricing.

GLP-1 Membership
If you and Dr. Ali decide to move forward after the consultation, the membership covers your ongoing care. It is billed separately from the consultation.
Includes
- 2 DEXA body composition scans per year, 3 to 6 months apart
- Physician oversight with monthly progress visits
- Nutrition and exercise guidance
- Direct messaging with the clinic and Dr. Ali during office hours
- Weekly in office injections if you prefer
- Prescription support for hair thinning as needed
- Prescription support for injectable vitamins as needed
Not included
- Medication cost. We choose your medication together, then review pricing. Starting doses begin around $150 per month, with full pricing options discussed at your consultation. These medications are not billed through insurance, which keeps our pricing lower and more predictable.

Is there a fee for the consultation?
The Guided GLP-1 consultation is $250 and includes a DEXA body composition scan. It's separate from the standard, complimentary aesthetics consultation.
Do I have to join the membership after the consultation?
No. The consultation is a standalone visit. The membership is an optional next step you and Dr. Ali decide on together, based on your goals and labs.
Is medication included in the membership price?
No, medication is billed separately. We choose it together at your consultation and review pricing before you commit; starting doses begin around $150 per month.
Who oversees my care?
Dr. Sophia Ali, MD, personally oversees every GLP-1 patient, with monthly progress visits built into the membership.
