1. Apply as the last step of your routine, before makeup. Silicones can prevent serums or treatments applied on top from reaching the skin.
2. Be generous, and do not skip your neck and ears. Most people use too little. Use approximately 2 finger lengths for your face and an additional finger length for your neck.
3. Reapply after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating.
4. Cleanse it off at night, like anything meant to sit on skin as a barrier.
